Japa Mantra Meditation:
Kirtan/Puja: Kirtan is one of the core practices of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion. Sanskrit mantras are chanted and sung, often in a call and response style, and accompanied by the harmonium, drums, and sometimes other instruments. Songs range from soft and meditative to upbeat and blissful. These beautiful, repetitive mantras help to clear and calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and awaken and open the heart. Kirtan is meant to be a participatory musical experience, though no musical experience is required to participate! Guests are also welcome to just come and listen. Bring your voice, and/or maybe even an instrument if you like, or just come to offer your presence and listen to the beautiful music!
Kundalini: ~Awaken Your Spirit with Kundalini Yoga~ Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness. It increases energy, vitality, love and connectedness by moving energy up the spine. Kundalini means “coiled serpent”, and it is the name of the Shakti energy lying coiled in your root chakra. We'll use dynamic movement, mantra, and pranayama to open this energy pathway by releasing tension in your body.
Mindful Drumming: The Mindful Drum Workshop is a space for drumming that entrains ones brain to be in the present moment. In this workshop, participants will learn how to focus their mind in the present moment by drumming rhythms that connect to their heart center. Through intention setting, breathing, and drumming, participants will use their natural rhythm intuition to achieve a higher state of awareness which will result in oneness, increased brain activity, improved immune system function, enhanced mood, lower stress, happiness, and increased energy. (Michelle Lewis)

Sound Bath Stillness & Centering: Tibetan, crystal singing bowls, and gongs are used to facilitate a shift in the brainwave state. Through frequency and entrainment with sound it's possible, and very easy, to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), with the majority of people able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta (where internal healing can occur). Sound waves can reduce blood pressure as well as enhance sleep and memory. Studies show these sounds can reduce anxiety and enhance mood states. If you are new to a meditation practice the sound bath experience can help you sink to a deeper place making it easier to arrive in a relaxed state without complicating how to get there. urrender yourself to the sound current. Answer a calling to clear your field, listen deeply and connect with you true authentic self. Allowing expansion and energy to flow through your body as you enter the serene depths of your being from which intuitive knowledge flows. Your sound bath will begin with breath/ body awareness as you lay back and let the celestial sounds wash over you. Class will be one hour long. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any items that bring you comfort. Please bring a pen and journal to write down any insights after your sound immersion. See you in the alpha state and beyond!
Sunrise Yoga: Rise and shine with a gentle flow through authentic movements sequenced to awaken energy and release stiffness from the night. Leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses deeply on meditation, clearing energy blockages, and stretching your joints and connective tissues. As opposed to a "normal" yoga class which would be considered yang (active and outward practice, stretching and strengthening the muscles). This style of yoga is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of Doaism. Noticing and bringing balance to both yin and yang energies.
Yoga & Journaling: Yin with guided journaling interwoven through the class. (Allison Williamson) Yoga Nidra: Relax into a deep state of calm. Yoga Nidra means "sleep with awareness". It is an effective way of achieving relaxation physically, mentally and emotionally. In fact, a single hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to many hours of quality sleep and is much more restorative and rejuvenating. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between being awake and sleeping. It is a state where the body is completely relaxed. This will be created by withdrawing all of your senses besides hearing. This class includes breathing exercises, a full body scan, and healing imagery. Yoga Nidra gives you space to set an intension and help manifest it into your life. This practice is deeply healing and has been known to help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and heart problems.
