Instructor Guidelines:
• Plan to attend the Instructor Orientation meeting at the start of the festival. Exact time and location will be announced; if you cannot attend be sure to let Gabriella know.
• Be on time: Show up clean & clear 30 minutes prior to your first class. If for any reason you are not able to teach as scheduled, please inform MYPATH organizers as soon as possible.
• Know your role: Do your best to honor each event as it was your own.
• Be prepared: Have a general outline of what you will be teaching.
• Teach to your abilities.
• Adapt: Make class accessible for all levels. Provide space for personal discovery and provide modifications and variations where necessary. Understand that the assigned place for your class may change at the last minute due to weather conditions.
• Accept any risk associated with any activities in which you participate in.
• Remember to always have fun and that smiles are contagious!
