Scholarships

A full scholarship or half-scholarship (half-price ticket) is offered to those who are called to attend the event but are not able to afford the ticket price. A limited number of scholarships are offered; those interested may fill out the application below.

In exchange for free or half price entrance, scholarship recipients are expected to help with certain parts of the event, such as setting up the group catered meal on Saturday evening, cleaning up after the meal, and helping to keep areas of the event clean such as the restrooms and showers. It's just a few hours of time and does not interfere with any class times.
